Very peaceful stay, extremly helpful staff, extremely pleasant rooms. There were electric outlets and buzzer in the room, liked that. Delicious breakfast selection, fresh fruit, meats, fresh bread, bakery and hardboiled eggs. Reasonably priced hotel with a decent service. Glorious location, 5 minutes' walk to a l-shaped square.

Truly wonderful building, relatively quiet location, particularly pleasant staff. Room was satisfactory and very pretty like I expected. They made my stay exceptional. The ABOVE AVERAGE breakfast had fresh fruit, bakery, fresh bread, meats and boiled eggs, I appreciated it.

Fun experience and great value. I loved the plunge swimming pool and always pleasant staff. Residential location, not too far from a cathedral-flanked square. Appropriate and suitable room. Good services too.

silent hotel with cozy location and light rooms. fast staff made our stay so fab. power sockets and buzzer in the room and the soft bed. free hot drinks at main bar, nice service.

Staff was supportive, room was designer and we loved beautiful location. Savoury breakfast, fantastic service. It was centrally located. The downstairs bar in the hotel had lots of good juices, beers and coffee throughout the day.

This hotel was welcome base for exploring Florence, appreciated it. Nice to have a sunny balcony. Property's receptionist was top! Besides, parking is nearby.
